How To
Critical: Please create only one account per household. This ensures the system correctly saves and links your family's information.
1. Accessing the Portal
Go to www.d92.org and click the "Registration Icon" or select "Registration" under the Quick Links menu.
2. Entering Information
- Required fields are marked as "Required."
- Be careful with spelling, capitalization, and punctuation; the district receives data exactly as entered.
- Select "Next" on each page to progress. You can move back and forth through the application while it is in progress.
3. Review & Submit
On the "Review & Submit" page, check all student data carefully. Once you hit submit, you will not be able to go back.
Missing Information: Noted with a red symbol. Once corrected, the red highlight will disappear, though the summary box may remain until the final submission.
4. Confirmation
After selecting "Submit," you may print a copy of your registration for your records. You will also receive an automated e-mail confirmation once the form is successfully submitted.
Once your registration is completed, you will see the confirmation screen and receive an Email.
WARNING: DON'T FORGET TO SELECT THE "SAVE & SIGN OUT" OPTION IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER
NEXT STEPS
Registering Additional Students?
A separate form must be submitted for each student. After successfully submitting one registration, you will have the opportunity to start another from the "Submission Confirmation" page.
