PHYSICALS: Students entering Kindergarten and new students enrolling out-of-state are required to have an Illinois physical examination which must include required immunizations.

TRANSPORTATION: Bussing information listing bus routes and times will be mailed directly to students' homes in August. Parents may call transportation directly with any concerns at 815-838-8031.
