November, 2019

The November Newsletter has been posted.  Check out the happenings in your child's class.  Also, mark your calendars for parent/teacher conferences, the first grade musical, and our Thanksgiving break.  As the weather is turning colder, please remember to send your child properly dressed to school with a coat, hat and gloves.  May you enjoy memorable family moments this season, and may you know that we are thankful for all our families who do so much for our teachers and for their children as they move forward on their educational journey with us.

October 2019

The October newsletter has been posted and it reveals a very busy month for us here at Walsh School!  Take a look and mark your calendars with all the important dates coming up.  The Yankee Candle fundraiser is underway and we hope many of you can support our Parent Faculty Association, as they do some amazing things for our students, teachers, and families.  Don't forget to order your yearbook!  You can order online using the code on the flyer that went home.  Please note that our yearbook is entitled "Ludwig" when you log in.  All three schools (Walsh, Reed, and Ludwig) are included in one book.  If you have any questions, please call the school office.

Welcome to Walsh 2019

Welcome back to school!  It was an exciting morning at Walsh today as we welcomed our new kindergarten and preschool students.  Our first graders walked the halls with such pride and confidence!  We anticipate a great year filled with fun as we start our educational journey in District 92.  We are sure that all our students will become more familiar with their new routine and surroundings quickly.  If you should have any concerns, please contact your teacher or the school principal, Mrs. Martin.

There have been several papers sent home and we appreciate the quick return of those papers that need to come back to the office.  If you haven't turned in your Handbook/Photo Release Form (bright pink) or your Technology Use form, please do so.  We would like both forms returned no later than September 6th.

We look forward to sharing this year with you and your child!
