Notice of Open Meetings
The Board of Education of Will County School District 92 will meet in open session meetings on the third (3rd) Tuesday of each month, with the exceptions of the starred meetings below. Specific dates are listed here:

The meeting time will be 7:00 p.m. Meeting location is Ludwig School, 710 N. State Street, Lockport, Illinois 60441.

BOE Livestreams
Board of Education members serve four-year terms and elections are staggered every two years. The next election for the Board of Education members will be Spring 2025. If you would like more information please visit the Election page of the Will County Clerk website.
Matthew Dusterhoft
Matthew Dusterhoft was appointed to the Will County District 92 School Board in September 2018 and elected to his first term in April of 2019. For the last 15 years he has served as the Director of Technology for Lockport Township High School. He is an advocate for a public education system that includes a wide range of curriculum offerings to meet all students needs. Matthew and his wife have lived in Lockport since 2005 and currently have 2 children attending the district. Dusterhoft earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and an MBA from the University of Illinois-Urbana.

Adrianna Washington
Adrianna Washington began her term in April 2021. Adrianna and her husband (Kenneth) moved to Homer Glen in 2015. Together they have four children - all of whom are students within the district. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a concentration in Child and Family Welfare. Adrianna is also a licensed Cosmetologist, working with the State of Illinois to provide services and haircare education to transitional youth. Over the past four years, Adrianna has increasingly taken an interest in all things D92. As a sports mom and volunteer, she has had the privilege of getting to know many families within the district and building many relationships. Prior to joining the Board, she volunteered to partner with the district staff on various committees, acting as a parent advocate. As a parent who values transparency and consistent communication, Adrianna’s goal is to personify those principles while serving the families of all District 92 schools.

James Gorecki
Jim and his wife are lifelong residents of the Lockport area and have been living in the district for over thirty-three years. His three daughters are third generation District 92 graduates that have taken their educational experiences into the medical and education professions. His goals have changed little towards his Board responsibilities in 16 years of service, and he remains focused on continuing to improve D92 for future generations in his 5th term on the Board. Jim remains focused on keeping spending in line while trying to get the most educational impact for the money. He is also focused on continued facilities improvements that will be a benefit to students and staff to provide the proper environment to promote learning for years to come.

Melissa Dopke
Melissa Dopke was elected to the District 92 School Board in April 2021. Melissa is a lifelong resident of Lockport. She, her husband, and her two sons have lived in District 92 since 2013. Melissa has a Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Illinois University where she studied Business Management. Melissa has worked for Ace Hardware Corporation in Oak Brook since 2006. There, she on-boards new vendors and collaborates the training, development, and customer service needs of new and existing vendors into the Ace Hardware family. Melissa participates and volunteers extensively with Children’s Miracle Network of Hospitals. She also is a Religious Education teacher for Our Mother of Good Counsel Parish in Homer Glen. Melissa has a passion for building strong relationships among peers in an effort to foster growth and development toward a common goal for the students of the district. She also believes that strong communication and planning on the part of the board is essential so all kids receive a high level of educational, social-emotional, and extracurricular experiences that will serve as a catalyst for their adult lives.

Grant Ferkaluk
I have been a Board Member for District 92 for approximately 5 years. I have worked in education for the past 24 years at Lockport Township High School as the Department Chair for Guidance Services as well as a Head Swim Coach. I am married to an educator who works with students who are deaf or hard of hearing. We have two boys who both graduated from D92 and are current students at LTHS. I am excited to serve the students and community of D92 and hope to continue to support the excellent progress Will County District 92 has made.

Jeff Przybyl
Jeff has lived in the district since 2003. He has volunteered time as a school and rec league coach over the years for his children as well as many years in the Boy Scouts as his son achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.

Gina Tidwell
Gina Tidwell was appointed a Member of the D92 School Board in November of 2022. She and her husband have lived in the District for almost 11 years and they have three girls, ranging in age from 3 to 6 years. Gina has been working in Chemical Distribution for almost 20 years now, is faith-filled and loves people. She has a Servant's Heart and adores being a Mom and Investing in the Community. She has spent countless hours volunteering in youth ministry and belongs to St. Francis Parish in Bolingbrook.
Gina's skills for Leadership, Building Relationships, Listening, Putting forth Goals and following through are Exceptional. She is an advocate of promoting the best education for our children, including social-emotional skills and extracurricular activity.
