Individuals requesting records of Will County School District 92 may make such a request in person, orally or in writing, at the District Office, 708 N. State Street, Lockport, Illinois 60441. Such request should be made to the attention of Mary Jo Sarata, Superintendent’s Secretary and designated Freedom of Information Officer at the above address. If she is not available, such request may be made to Dr. Gary A. Peck, Superintendent of Schools, at the same address.
Alternately, any person may mail or e-mail a written request to Mary Jo Sarata (msarata@d92.org) or Dr. Gary A. Peck (gpeck@d92.org) specifying in particular the
records requested to be disclosed and copied. All written requests should be addressed to the District Office at the above address. If you request any records to be certified, please specify
which records in writing.
The fees for copies are as follows:
35 cents per page (black and white copies letter/legal) after the first 50 pages.
$1.00 per page to certify
District Office hours of business are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
The District Office is closed for business on all official legal holidays observed by
Illinois public schools, winter break and spring break (see District Calendar at
www.d92.org)
